EP is thrilled to offer decor rentals, event planning, coordination, and officiant services. Simplify and streamline the planning process when you bring on our team to assist with making your event a celebration to remember!

What we offer

When you book our team for Full Coordination, we begin planning with you at least one year out from your event. Then, day of, we are onsite for the entire event to assist with all the big and little details. Our team is your “go-to” for any concerns or issues leading up to or during your event; we do our utmost to make sure you can stay at ease! 

Our detailed list of responsibilities includes:

• Recommendations on vendors in order to personalize your event

• Organization of drop off and set up times with all vendors 

• Assisting in coordinating load in + out with all vendors 

• Designing detailed floor plan(s) based on your specific input and ideas 

• Determining all rental equipment needed, such as tables, chairs, linens, napkins or other materials and sending this list to your venue coordinator and caterer so that all proper equipment is ordered

• Creating a detailed timeline that will be sent to you + all of your vendors 

• Meeting in person up to two (2) times after initial consultation to discuss ideas + concepts, and meetings with your vendors if they need to schedule site visits 

• Mood boards and/or sample set up meetings including guest and peripheral table layout, florals/centerpieces, color schematics, lighting design, etc. 

• Suggestions on how to incorporate personal decor items into overall design 

• Greeting you and your Wedding Party upon arrival, guiding you to your destinations, helping with touch-ups, carrying/storing personal items, etc. 

• Guiding guests throughout the venue, including greeting them at the front door and directing them to specific areas your event is taking place 

• On hand during event for any needs or questions you and/or guests might have 

• Lighting candles and addressing interior lighting throughout the evening 

• Moving gifts and cards into locked office once all guests have arrived (per your discretion, applies to weddings only) 

• Addressing needs of caterers night of event 

• Addressing needs of bartenders night of event 

• Aid during packaging up of all personal materials

• Discounts on decor and design inventory if you decide to use it


Our Rehearsal Coordination comes at an additional $150. 

This includes being present for your entire ceremony rehearsal, lining up all participants and confirming that their positions work for ceremony photos, coordinating with DJ or musicians, and conducting ceremony entrance, placement, and recessional activity.


Planning a fundraiser, company party, or non-profit benefit, or perhaps a family celebration, anniversary party, or birthday extravaganza? 

EP Events can assist by helping to establish a comfortable timeline, designing a floor plan that accommodates your guests and activities, and working in decor to compliment the style of your event. Our team will be present for the entire planning process and event so you can leave the logistics to us while you enjoy the celebration!

Floral Design

Whether you are looking for bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages or customized centerpieces our team has over 6 years of experience in floral design and can offer a quote for our services based on your vision and time of year.

EP works with local northeast ohio farmers and wholesalers for a more sustainable practice.

Floral Preservation can also be provided at an additional rate through a custom quote.

Customized ceremony-Prior to the ceremony, your Wedding Officiant will send ceremony choices, readings and a Wedding Day Checklist . Your assigned Officiant will be available to go over your ceremony details with you over the phone or in person.



Day of services include a detail meeting to understand the logistics of your day and onsite services for up to 8 hours to ensure vendor arrivals and that your timeline stays on track for the most important events of the day.



Helping you plan the best day ever from start to finish! You'll work one on one with a planner to help develop a floorplan and timeline for your big day as well as have them on site from beginning to end-We'll even assist with vendor recommendations to help you get the best bang for your buck!



An officiant, a photographer + coordinator in one bundle to help simplify the planning process!

1 - Coordinator for ~13 hours

1 - Photographer for 9 hours

1 - Officiant (that will assist coordinator following ceremony)

The Process

After inquiring about our services, our team will schedule a consultation to help determine what works best for your needs. We required a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date with the remaining balance due the day before the event.
