AIREONNA MCCALL-DUBÉ

THE STORY OF A PHOTOGRAPHER

As a Cleveland native, I can attest to the fact that Cleveland is the city where either you hustle or your hopeless. To quote one of my favorite Ohioans, LeBron James, "In Northeast Ohio, nothing is given. Everything is earned. You work for what you have."

Having been drawn to photography for as long as I can remember. I purchased my first DSLR camera back in college and decided to start taking classes that only fueled my passion for this form of art. What started as a hobby, transformed into a full-blown career.

I received my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Notre Dame College in 2013 with minors in Philosophy and Art with an emphasis on Photography and have since been utilizing my experience, skills, and education in the field of creative management to provide exceptional product and brand representation and ensuring client satisfaction.

After graduation, I began working for a portrait photography studio for 6 years, where I prided myself on the ability to capture the essence and spirit of the individual on the other end of the lens. To me, there is no greater gift to give another, then being able to bring out the light that I see inside of them, elevating one's inner self to the outside world.

My background in the event industry as a former Event Planner and Designer for HEDGE Event Planning at 78th Street Studios puts my team above the competition. You can be assured that when it comes to capturing your memories EP takes it to the next level--helping you determine the logistics while offering creative perspectives on the moments you want to be captured!

I have been practicing professional photography and marketing for over 10 years and graphic design for the past 5. Specializing in portrait photography, commercial photography, and event photography with a demonstrated history of working in the consumer goods and services industry, and would say my top skills are Natural and Studio Lighting, Event Planning, Customer Service, and Adobe Creative Studios.

Whether I am photographing a person, a product, or an event, my goal is always the same. To portray a vision that is intersubjective.

Besides being a photographer, I am a huge art enthusiast and chase murals, exhibits, and installations in my spare time regardless of what city it is in. I am also a full-time plant and cat mom and practice yoga and meditation on a daily basis. I probably have an unhealthy addiction to smoothies and coffee and I have a personal goal to support a local business at least once a month. Whether it's fueling my foodie addiction, supporting a local artist, or purchasing handmade goods, I try to pay it forward every chance I get--I am a firm believer in community over competition.

JULIAN DUBÉ

HEY, SUP I'M DUBÉ

Born and raised in Cleveland into a family of artists and photographers, I grew up working art shows and training under established photographers and artists in the area at a young age.

My photography journey started long before the digital era, I grew up working in dark rooms and studying film photography for four years in high school, primarily I am a black and white film specialist. Photography has always been a passion of mine, whether it was capturing wildlife, landscape, architecture, live music, or band photos, I will still and always be infatuated with the art of shooting. My second passion would be utilizing the graphic design skills that I have learned over the years for projects like creating band flyers, promos and utilizing unique fonts that I invent.

In my professional journey as a photographer, I have extensive training and knowledge when it comes to professional portraiture, family portraits, candids, wedding and engagement photography, live concerts, and event coverage. Working as a wedding vendor for over ten years has given me extensive insight into the scene. I have worked as a DJ, Caterer, Photographer, and Planner while also being an ordained minister with the Church of Life. I often refer to myself as a "Jack of All Trades", you name it and I've probably done it, and if I haven't I'm a real quick study.

Apart from being a professional photographer and graphic designer, I am also a musician. I play guitar, bass and work as a producer in my current band. I'm an avid vinyl and art collector, sticker enthusiast, gear head, cat dad, and bad golfer. When I'm not running around pursuing all of my hobbies, I'm fueling my soul through my foodie addiction and supporting local businesses.

Overall, I consider myself a socialite and for obvious reasons, you could say I'm a pretty cool dude.

She is an exceptional photographer and her expansive knowledge of posing is so helpful for us who aren’t “models.” She is kind, understanding, professional, hilarious, and just so much fun.
