Before The Celebration


Day of services include one detail meeting about one month out to understand the logistics of your day.


Our detailed list of responsibilities includes:

• Meeting in person up one time after initial consultation to discuss ideas + concepts, and a site visit to your venue.

• Creating and sending a detailed timeline all of your vendors 

• Creating and sending a detailed floor plan all of your vendors 

• Organization of drop off and set up times with all vendors the week leading up to the event.

• Assisting in coordinating load in + out with all vendors the week leading up to the event.

• Greeting you and your party upon arrival, guiding you to your destinations, helping with touch-ups, carrying/storing personal items, etc. 

• Guiding guests throughout the venue, including greeting them at the front door and directing them to specific areas your event is taking place 

• On hand during event for any needs or questions you and/or guests might have 

• Lighting candles and addressing interior lighting throughout the evening 

• Moving gifts and cards into locked office once all guests have arrived (per your discretion, applies to weddings only

• Addressing needs of caterers night of event 

• Addressing needs of bartenders night of event 

• Addressing needs of DJ night of event

Day Of THE CELEBRATION


On the day of our team will be onsite for up to 8 hours to ensure vendor arrivals and that your timeline stays on track for the most important events of the day.


Additional time can be added on to package up your decor items at the end of the event at $200/hour.

Additional Services


REHEARSAL COORDINATION

Our Rehearsal Coordination comes at an additional $200. 


This includes being present for your entire ceremony rehearsal, lining up all participants and confirming that their positions work for ceremony photos, coordinating with DJ or musicians, and conducting ceremony entrance, placement, and recessional activity.
