what's involved
Anytime we receive an inquiry about our services the process is the same. We learn more about your event and the things most important to you that you want captured whether that be via a phone call or simple e-mail exchanges.
Candid photography offers a genuine and unscripted perspective of people, events, and moments. It celebrates the beauty of authenticity and spontaneity, making it a popular choice for capturing memorable and heartfelt images.
This is our process:
I. Book the date.
After you've completed the contact form or emailed us directly, we'll be in touch within 24 hours to confirm if we are available. From there we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date with the remaining balance due the day of.
II. Take photos.
The day of the event our team will be on site capturing all the little and big moments and everything in-between. If there is a schedule of events we typically request for this to be shared with us in advance so that we can plan on being in the right place at the right time. We can always act on the fly but know when the "BIG" moments are going to occur is preferred.
III. Deliver memories.
Depending on the season, images are typically delivered within 6-8 weeks after the date of the event. These images are shared through an online gallery that can also be shared with attendees of the event. Share the link and the download pin if you want people to join in on the memories!
